I can only invite Volunteers who are able to work the event with me full time—it might sound like a lot, but trust me, time flies when you're having fun—both at work and during breaks! That said, I also need a few additional guys to help with breakdown closer to the end. You get free access to this event and can participate during breaks. Benefit Furniture: Would you have any play furniture we could borrow for the event (if it's a two-day event on both days)? Furniture Do you have Limits? We are a very inclusive event, starting with our StableHands. Do you have any limitations we need to consider for your role (e.g. not being able to stand for a long time)? We will try to find a station where you can sit most of the time. Due to restrictions at the venue, we might not be able to accommodate everyone. So please tell us a bit about yourself if there’s anything we should consider. Also, please keep in mind that this venue is not ADA compliant, as it is located on the second floor without an elevator.
